Bing competitors describe request, verification and payout as a sequence. Turn that sequence into three evidence columns so a missing account decision cannot be confused with money that has already entered a bank or blockchain.
Build the Richard caseColumn A: wallet instruction
Copy the unique cashout number, requested value, chosen destination and creation timestamp. Attach only screenshots belonging to that transaction.
Column B: account decision
Place document notices, eligibility findings and the final approval message in chronological order. An unanswered requirement stays in this column.
Column C: external movement
Add a bank trace, processor identifier or on-chain hash only after one exists. Compare its value and destination with the original instruction, then mark the case closed on usable receipt.
